Comprehensive Assessments

Requirements to Join Our Team
We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional one-on-one care in a home setting. Both experienced RNs and recent graduates with the right training are encouraged to apply.
Essential Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State
- BLS Certification (required)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and manage complex cases
- Prior experience in home care or acute care is preferred but not required

Join Our TeamYes. At Z Best Home Care, all Private Duty Nurse positions require an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York. This ensures our patients receive advanced, skilled care from highly qualified professionals.
To apply, you must hold an active RN license in New York, have current BLS certification, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous home care or acute care experience is preferred but not required.
We offer flexible scheduling, including 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Nurses can choose from day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts across NYC and Westchester.
